New Workpiece Materials: Added selectable materials for hardened 4140 Alloy Steel (45 HRc), O6 Tool Steel Hardened (52-55 RC), 6082-T6 Aluminium (EN AW-6082), and Invar 36, each with calibrated speeds, feeds, and power coefficients so calculations run out of the box.
Powdered Metal Tool Material: New Powdered Metal option now appears in the tool material selector on the calculator tool tab, the tool library filters, and every tool-material dropdown.
License & Login Stability Fix: Fixed a licensing error where a corrupted stored password could be sent to the license server as an invalid Base-64 credential. Corrupted credentials now self-heal by prompting for the password and re-saving it properly encrypted.
Lens & Corner-Rounding Endmills in HSMWorks/Fusion Exchange: The HSMWorks plugin now imports lens (circle segment lens) and corner-rounding (radius mill) endmills as dedicated HSMAdvisor Lens and Corner Rounding tool types, so their speeds and feeds use the specialized engagement models. Corner radius is preserved on export - bull nose tools stay bull nose, and adding or clearing a corner radius correctly switches a tool between flat and bull nose shapes in Fusion.
Reamer Import Fix: Corrected how reamers are recognized when importing tool libraries from HSMWorks, so imported reamers map to the proper HSMAdvisor reamer type with their geometry intact.
