What is new and improved in this release:

• Improved "Load Tool/Cut" dialog.
  You can use up and down keys to select tool/cuts and Enter key to load the tool
  Typing directly into the tool table will activate search feature.
  Using Up and Down keys on the Search field will shift focus to the tool table.
• Re-Added "New Tool" Button.
• Data Base stability improvements.
